I couldn’t go to the zoo because of COVID-19, so I watched the video on YouTube everyday. What I had been searching for my own shape finally became the shape, so I will start new work.

After that, I repeated pasting. You know what to make, right? (Laugh)
50 new types of paper have been added to that I use all the time, so I tried using them. I knew a trick or two about them, but this time it was very difficult to put together many colors. I finished paste base colors, but it was no go at first. The key is how to build harmony from here. If you know how to make great colors composing, please clue me in.
Well, I start again. Go! Push myself harder!!

In February, I wanted to organize my work image and my future plans. At the same time, I have begun sculpture, one of the things I wanted to do for a long time. Sculpture is my first experience. One of my teachers is a sculptor, so I ask him for his teaching, get a chisel for the time being, and carve it from there. At the same time, I started pencil drawing. I’ve never been a good, since high school student, and I’m probably not better than my current high school students who are aiming for an art university. But I imposed myself to draw slowly.
To tell the truth, there are already a number of new ideas in my head. So I wanted to sort out what I prioritized and what I wanted to express. In that sense, drawing and sculpture can be quite good way for me to do some soul-searching. By imagining and observing the shape, I can slowly unravel the yarns entangled in my head. I feel like a terrible thing will appear when multiple entangled strings have been unraveled, but it is mysterious that this is by no means an exciting feeling.
50 new colors have been added to the paper I always use for production, TANT. Now we have all 200 colors. As the number of colors increases, the range of expression expands! It is easy to think, but in fact, the color combination mode in the head changes drastically. My work, on the other hand, has a structure in which colors next to each other are visually mixed to create a new color, like a dot painter, so it’s extremely difficult on the contrary.
But I’m glad that the new colors have increased, so the range of expression will definitely expand! Plus type is different, but the color that I want is newly released, so I am secretly pleased. Lol

One month is almost over. How is everyone doing? I saw “White Snake” in my first dream. I went to the shrine and went to pray. Is that a benefit? Requests for solo exhibitions and events are coming in! This winter we have an exhibition in Taiwan, so I would like to create more works. Add new items for a new work today! Well, what’s going on?
